Section 51
Stock Exchange To Assist Board
A stock exchange shall render necessary assistance to the Board for the performance of functions referred to in this Act. In the course of rendering such assistance, if the Board asks for any information or advice on securities transactions or on any other specific matter, such information or advice has also to be provided to the Board.
